How to use this table
Adding steps: Use the buttons below the table to add Isocratic Hold, Gradient Ramp, or Step Change segments.
Edit Values: Each row has an "Edit Values" dropdown that determines which parameters are user-defined versus calculated automatically.
Columns: F = Flow rate (mL/min), Binit/Bfinal = Initial/final %B, tG = Duration (min), nVm = Column volumes, k*S = Gradient steepness parameter.
Editing cells: Click any white cell to edit. Gray cells are calculated based on your Edit Values selection. Calculations are dynamic.
Deleting: Click the trash icon on any row.
No gradient steps defined.

Usage Tips
- • Full Table: Complete data including all calculated values. Paste into Excel or Google Sheets.
- • Time/%B Only: Simplified format for instrument gradient tables. Contains just the time and %B columns.
- • Lines starting with
#are comments and may be ignored by instruments.
